As our mission statement clearly states, we are dedicated to keeping tolls off 540 (and the Highway 147 extension) in the Triangle area of North Carolina consisting of Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and the surrounding area. Decisions made here will have a profound affect on area communities and counties around Wake Co. We have setup an online petition to allow you to voice your concerns. This site contains the reasons why we don't want tolls on 540 and also gives alternative ideas for the NC Legislators to consider as ways to help the transportation budget crisis (as the media calls it) in NC without building toll roads.
